Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Habio or https://habio.site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Habio.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and meet any age requirements of the App Store for your region.

Subject to these Terms, ALILOU Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Habio on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement presented by Apple.

You are responsible for the habits, reminders, and content you create in Habio, for keeping your device secure, and for how you use insights or recommendations shown in the App.

Habio is a personal productivity and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, or other professional advice. Insights and coaching-style suggestions are informational only and are not a substitute for qualified professional care.

Habio may offer a Free experience and paid Habio Premium options such as auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions and, where available, a lifetime non-consumable purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple account subscription settings. Lifetime purchases, when offered, are one-time unlocks and are not auto-renewing subscriptions.

You can restore eligible purchases with Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Habio does not process card payments directly.

Habio, its design, trademarks, and software are owned by ALILOU Digital or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may not reverse engineer Habio except where permitted by law, misuse the App to harm others, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use Habio in violation of applicable law.

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise that any feature will remain available indefinitely. Apple platform requirements may affect compatibility over time.

Habio and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALILOU Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Habio.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Habio is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Habio Premium in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (or equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Habio at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue Habio.

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
