This Privacy Policy explains how ALILOU Digital (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Habio mobile application (“Habio” or the “App”) and the website at https://habio.site (the “Website”).

Habio is a habit tracker for iPhone, iPad, Home Screen widgets, and Apple Watch. Habio does not require you to create an account.

Habit-related content you create is stored locally on your device. This may include habit names, descriptions, schedules, reminder settings, progress entries, preferences such as language and appearance, and related app state.

Because this information stays on your device, we do not operate a Habio account database of your habits.

If you enable reminders, Habio requests permission to send local notifications through Apple’s system frameworks. Notification content is generated on your device based on your habit settings.

Habio may synchronize habit snapshot data between your iPhone, Apple Watch, and Home Screen widgets using Apple platforms (such as Watch Connectivity and App Group shared containers) so Today progress and related UI stay consistent.

This synchronization is between your devices and Habio app components — not a Habio cloud habit profile.

Habio Premium purchases (including subscriptions and lifetime unlocks, where offered) are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple provides purchase and entitlement signals needed to unlock features you bought.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases uses Apple’s purchase restoration APIs.

When you visit https://habio.site, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request URL, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

We do not use third-party advertising or marketing analytics SDKs on this Website by default.

If you email support@habio.site, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can respond. We use this information only to provide support or handle your request.

We do not sell your personal information. Habio does not include third-party advertising. The App does not use third-party tracking SDKs for cross-app advertising.

Local Habio data remains on your device until you delete habits, reset app data, or remove the app. Website technical logs are retained by the hosting provider according to their operational practices for a limited period. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.

You can delete individual habits in the App or remove Habio from your device to delete its local data store for that installation. See https://habio.site/en/delete-data for practical steps.

Deleting the app does not necessarily remove copies that may exist in Apple device backups managed independently by Apple.

Habio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Habio accounts, because Habio does not use accounts.

We take reasonable measures appropriate to a local-first app and a static marketing website. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Habio and the Website may be accessed from different countries. Local device data remains on your device. Website hosting and email support may involve processing in locations where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of Habio or the Website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
